With over 20 years experience in delivering world-class service to clients ​from as far afield as North America to Australia, I decided to start up as ​AnthM Consulting to support businesses navigate the challenges of ​developing - and maintaining - a strong, customer success strategy.

As a former Head of Business Development and Director of Client ​Services with leading SaaS and omnichannel eCommerce ​businesses, I have been responsible for:


  • Delivering the Customer Success strategies for high-profile ​global customers based in the UK, mainland Europe, North ​America, Asia and Australia;
  • Leading the teams managing the full customer lifecycle ​relationshships - from Onboarding to Advocacy;
  • Operationalising Customer Success programs for new clients ​and Organisational Change programs for existing clients; and
  • Retaining high value contracts - with annual recurring ​revenues in excess of 20 Million GBP (25 Million USD)


I am a Fellow (FCMI) of the Chartered Management Institute.


Working confidently with international clients, I am also fluent in ​French and German, with a Masters with Honours (MA Hons).
